Return Policy

At Rive Nil, we want every piece to be worn with joy and confidence.
If your order doesn’t suit you, you have 14 days from the delivery date to request an
exchange or a refund.

Conditions:

- Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with
all tags attached.
- Returns are free of charge within mainland France. Outside mainland France, the
return shipping costs are at your expense.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to inform you
of the approval or rejection of your request.
If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a shipping label along with
instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without
first requesting a return will not be accepted.
- A size exchange is possible, subject to stock availability.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after
approval.
